Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products such as shower gels, hair shampoos, hair gel, toothpaste, sun cream, etc. Suitable for pre-manufactured tubes (closed with caps) made of plastic, aluminum, or coated composite material. Fully automatic tube feeding and orientation (rotating in the cradle) based on the registration mark, as well as tube filling and sealing. Before filling, tubes are flushed with air to prevent contamination. 'No tube, no fill' is also a standard feature. The system includes a water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated storage tank, agitator for storage tank, additional format sets (cradles) for various tube diameters, external tube feed elevator. – Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (empty): 80 cycles/minute; filling range: 1–400 ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10–60 mm (each tube diameter requires its own cradle); tube length: 50–240 mm; number of filling heads: 1; storage tank capacity: 40 L; product-contacting parts made of stainless steel 316L; power supply: 220/380V; power consumption: 9 kW; compressed air: 0.4–0.6 MPa.
