AMTEC VFFS-SYS 3SS50-LGP

Compact vertical packaging system for small 3-side seal pouches. The system is designed for three different dosing units, allowing the packaging of granulates, powders, and liquids. Changing the product type requires time-consuming conversion work, which demands technical expertise. The configurations of the dosing units are selected based on customer-specific product requirements, from which the respective specifications are derived. PLC and 7" touchscreen by OMRON, PID temperature control by OMRON, electronic components by SCHNEIDER or OMRON, pneumatic components by AIRTAC. Features include self-diagnostic functions, motorized film tension control, fast and consistent film transport.
