Vertical packaging machine including dosing unit(s) with 4 production lines for manufacturing stick packs with a central longitudinal fin seal (optionally: 3- or 4-side seal available at extra cost) for packaging standard liquids (water, vinegar, etc.). PLC and color touchscreen by OMRON, self-diagnosis system. Pneumatic components from AIRTAC, temperature PID controller by OMRON, electronic components by SCHNEIDER and OMRON. Film drive with AB converter control, stainless steel version (SS304), piston pump with 60-liter hopper. - Specifications: max. machine cycle rate at idle: 4x60 cycles/minute; accuracy: +/-10%; suitable for all BOPP/PE and laminated films; pouch sizes: L(50-350)xW(10-100)mm; power supply: 220V, 3.5kW; compressed air: 1.5m³/min, 6bar; machine dimensions: L1500xW1300xH1900mm; weight: 450kg.
