Drum mixer FM-200 equipped with state-of-the-art frequency converter (FU) control and timer function, ideal for industrial use. The machine features infinitely variable speed control in the range of approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing different mixing processes to be optimally adjusted. The integrated timer enables precise setting of the operating time; the machine stops automatically after the pre-set period (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds).

Control is provided by reliable Siemens technology installed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. Additional safety is ensured by a brake motor, which securely locks the drum mount during loading. This can be released as required via a push button in the handling area, enabling manual rotation.

Equipment includes an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the protective enclosure with automatic machine stop. The machine is supplied ready to connect, with a 5-metre supply cable including a CEE 16A plug.

A particularly practical feature is the integrated steel drip tray with a capacity of approx. 220 litres. It is designed so that, when moved together with the protective enclosure, it slides under the machine, keeping the handling area clear. Furthermore, the machine is forklift-compatible for easy transport and loading.

A major advantage of this machine is its flexibility: Various collets are available from the manufacturer, so that in addition to the currently installed mount for a 200-litre bung-type drum, other container sizes can also be easily handled.

Production is carried out according to the latest technological standards, using only European components and offering premium "Made in Germany" quality. Full documentation and a CE declaration of conformity are available.
