With the tenoning machine NOVA-3, two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles can be produced simultaneously at both ends of a solid wood workpiece. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-free, stress-relieved welded steel frame, large-scale machining units with supports and slides made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. The mechanics are designed for high operational safety at maximum production output. 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
The new swivel system of the machining units ensures short setup times, with the position of the tools always remaining constant during pivoting around both the vertical and horizontal axes. This means the pivot point always corresponds to the tool position. Even when changing the angle, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains unchanged.

FLEXIBILITY
The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile machining centre. Thanks to its large-scale and reliable mechanics, advanced design of the machining units, and the innovative swivel system, it can process both short, highly warped workpieces and large elements with high material removal rates with precision. For the latter, the robust machine structure and powerful motors are a key factor. Flexibility is further enhanced by a range of loading magazines—the customer can equip the machine with either the ADR or APPC automatic feeder to match their requirements. Loading of workpieces is done from defined reference points.
Processed parts exit at the underside of the machine, allowing the operator to remove them easily, or they can be transferred to a conveyor belt or placed into a container—no manual intervention is required, the operator just needs to load the magazine.
