Technical Data MOBIL Type 2500 (Type 3000):

> Robust frame-welded construction made of rectangular hollow sections, equipped with a stop and straightedge for solid wood, veneer, and plastic edging.

> Integrated electric heating rod made from durable aluminum alloy, cross-section 64 x 46 mm, adjustable from 50 to 248°C, output 1200 (1450) watts.

> 4 (6) clamping and pressing units, each with 7-way ball bearings. Each pressing unit features both a clamping and a pressing cylinder; edge banding width adjustable via the adjustable straightedge from 12 to 105 mm wide. Edging thickness for solid edges up to 50 mm.

> Adjustable counter bearings for exact projection of the edging.

> Clamping cylinders and counter bearings with rubber pads. The stop and straightedge are coated with a special adhesive-repellent finish.

> The pneumatic pressing units can always be controlled in pairs, with one switch for 'clamping the workpiece' and one switch for 'pressing.'

> Press is mobile with 4 swivel casters, 2 of which have brakes.

> Equipped with a pneumatic maintenance unit, connection 3/8", adjustable from 3 to 10 bar. Electrical connection for the heating rods is 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 (1450) watts.
