GENERAL FEATURES
Single-sided edgebander in left-hand configuration for edgebanding coils and strips using all common hot-melt adhesives. The base frame consists of a robust welded steel frame with increased rigidity, providing optimal support for housing the processing units. The top pressure is made of thick-walled steel profile with a double trapezoidal drive belt, which is positioned automatically according to the panel thickness. Height adjustment is displayed both on the top pressure and on the operator’s console.

Manual workpiece feed system with generously sized working line and enlarged support surface for easy introduction of large workpieces. Adjustable infeed fence with two positions and automatic selection for processing with or without pre-milling unit.

Machining units mounted on the pressure beam and mechanically linked to guarantee automatic adjustment when changing panel thickness. Lower processing units are fixed to the machine base or longitudinal beam for precise reference to the panel.

All high-frequency motors are equipped with frequency converters (inverters); each unit has its own inverter for optimal flexibility and improved production times.

Protective hood for all units located after the gluing station, with polycarbonate windows providing a clear view of the processing units during operation. Interior lighting of the hood, equipped with sound-absorbing material to reduce noise emissions during operation.

Spacer at the infeed fence allows correct panel loading. The spacing is automatically adjusted according to the selected feed speed.

Swiveling control panel positioned at the infeed area, adjustable for ergonomic operation.

Electrical system complies with current regulations. Electrical components are housed in a metal cabinet mounted to the machine frame with doors for convenient access during maintenance. Standard voltage is 400 V EU 50 Hz (with neutral conductor).

Material feed is via a feed chain with 80 mm wide plates made of rubberized nylon, for optimal guidance and high durability. The chain runs on two guides made of hardened and ground steel—one round, one flat—to ensure straight panel feed and to prevent lateral deviation. Automatic lubrication of the chain, with lubricant amount controlled by the system according to panels processed.

External roller conveyor running the entire length of the machine, with an extendable opening system (up to 650 mm) for panels with maximum width of 1200 mm.
