Deskripsi
Numerical control with bSolid software. The multi-document software application in the Windows environment allows for the design of the finished product, process definition, work plan setup, simulation of machining operations on the 3D model of the machine, and generation of the necessary machine programs.
bSolid – 3-axis machining
bSolid – 5-axis machining module for surface operations using 5-axis units and interpolation movements across all 5 axes (X, Y, Z, C, B). The module includes the following commands:
• 3D roughing and finishing operations assigned to surfaces
• Extension or projection of toolpaths onto a curved surface
• Machining on a plane
• Following 2D or 3D curves with any tool type

Work areas: X = 5055 mm; Y = 1650 mm (may vary depending on configuration)
Z = 200 mm with modules H = 74 mm
Z = 245 mm with modules H = 29 mm
Clamping area in Y:
* 1650 mm, with a thickness of up to 60 mm on modules with a height of 74 mm
* 1600 mm, with a thickness over 60 mm on modules with a height of 74 mm.
10 ATS levels – 40 carriages.
The system includes:
• 2 aluminium bars (1 left/1 right) on which the lateral stops glide.
• 10 aluminium work tables. The tables slide on hardened and ground linear guides with recirculating ball bearings. Locking on both linear guides, front and rear, is achieved by four pneumatic cylinders. Control is via a button in front of the working area. The carriages slide on steel guides positioned above the extrusion. Pneumatic locking system, divided into 2 locking zones along X.
Automatic positioning (EPS) for work tables. “EPS” (Electronic Positioning System): Device for automatic NC-controlled positioning of work tables and carriages, including locking mechanisms to exclude possible operator errors.
Rear row stop, 140 mm stroke
Intermediate row stop, positioned at 405 mm, 140 mm stroke
Front row stop, positioned at 1460 mm, 140 mm stroke
4 side stops with 140 mm stroke (2 right + 2 left) per system
2 additional side stops with 140 mm stroke (1 right + 1 left)
Sensor to check whether the stops are lowered
12 clamps for holding narrow workpieces
6 loading aid bar lifters, for H = 74 mm module
5A configuration, for Rover B. Configuration for high productivity and flexibility thanks to two processing units (4 and 5 axis) and the option for simultaneous tool change. Includes axes and carriages for the movement of the main processing units. Comes with 2 inverters.
Second Y-axis. Allows separation of front and rear Y carriages with independent drive. Both Y carriages reach a maximum speed of 118 m/min.
13.2 kW (17.7 HP) electrospindle, HSK F63 interface, air-cooled.
Main features:
• 11 kW (14.7 HP) from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm in S1 operation
• 13.2 kW (17.7 HP) from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm in S6 operation
• Ceramic bearings
• Clockwise and counterclockwise operation
• Speed programmable by NC from 1,000 to 24,000 rpm
• Release via pneumatic actuator using prismatic linear guide and recirculating ball bearings
• Cover included for chip extraction with 6 positions
