PANEOTRAD is a unique and patented process for dividing and shaping dough pieces. It replaces 3 machines (divider, moulder, and proofing cabinet) and replicates traditional hand moulding. Thanks to 3 forming dies, up to 6 different shapes can be created simply by combining the cut-outs.
With the PANEOTRAD, you are able to guarantee high quality, uniform baked goods, both sweet and savoury, regardless of dough type: traditional, multigrain, brioche, donuts, shortcrust pastry, etc.
