A versatile saw for cutting wood into veneers, slats, and similar applications. Maximum workpiece height up to 400 mm. The powerful feed rate allows for very high throughput.

The R800 is a robust saw. The R800 can accommodate bands of varying widths. It is equipped with mechanical feed for the workpiece. Designed to handle operations under high main motor load and at high processing speeds (up to 30 m/min) without issue. It is possible to use a band with a width of up to 80 mm. The sturdy frame of the machine is made of welded steel plate.

Heavy-duty cast iron flywheels ensure maximum efficiency, and the wheels are mounted on dust-proof ball bearings. The lower section of the saw blade is specially reinforced, allowing for a higher degree of inertia without excessive loads during start-up and braking.

To further enhance work consistency, the guides are precisely ground to maintain precise balance.
