This used CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric monoblock for filling and capping edible oil. Manufactured in 2008, it is currently in operation. It is a proven system for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade an existing filling line.

We can sell it as-is (see and like) or with modernization and preventive maintenance to prepare the monoblock for production.

Modernization and Preventive Maintenance
To ensure reliability and production readiness, the following modernization measures can be carried out as needed:

- Assembly of machine parts at the KBB workshop
- General machine cleaning
- General lubrication (greasing, oil level check, and oil change if required)
- Inspection of rubber parts (belts and seals) with replacement if necessary
- Machine start-up: checking circuit integrity and correct function in manual/automatic mode
- Verification of availability and integrity of format change parts

- Pick and place cap transfer; cam profiles made of hardened steel for head pistons

- Two cap elevators, each with 300 l covered hopper, cleated belts and low-level control; mobile stainless steel frames on wheels
