COMAS Volumetric Dosing Machine model DN (refurbished, with new dosing unit)

Specialized machine for dosing 'pandispan' mixture and creams onto bases:

a) Pandispan onto moulded trays with diameter mm=240–260 and thickness mm=7-12, or rectangular shapes with custom circumscribed dimensions.
b) Creams onto the bases mentioned in a), in multiple layers (optional).

Machine composition:
- Main frame made of stainless steel S/S with wheels and locking pivots
- Dosing head operated pneumatically by Waircom and/or Fesner
- Height adjustment device for the dosing head with handwheel
- Device for adjusting the quantity of dosed product, via handwheel with markings
- 1 height-adjustable worktable

- 1 buffer tank, 50 ltr capacity, for temporary storage of pandispan mixture
- 1 interchangeable dosing cylinder, 100 mm diameter; adjustable dosing quantity from 78 to 1240 cm³
- 1 end distributor for dosing into moulds with diameter mm=260, equipped with perforated diaphragm for final closure
- 1 pedal limiter for dosing activation or line synchronization
- 1 set of nozzles for pandispan dosing
- Optional cream decorating unit (see photo/next page)
- 1 electrical installation and control panel

Main technical specifications:
- All parts in contact with the product are stainless steel S/S AISI 316 or other decontaminable materials; frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel and/or food-grade aluminium
- Transmissions and gears made of chrome steel. Bearings are enclosed in stainless steel with hermetic sealing
- Pneumatic system: Waircom and/or Fesner
- Compressor: excluded

Operating rate:
a) With manual pedal: approx. 5-15 cycles/min
b) Automatic mode: 8-15 cycles per minute (adjustable)
