Vertical automatic cake and pastry slicer (cutting machine) with rotary table for quickly cutting all kinds of cakes and pastries into square and triangular pieces without compromising their attractive appearance and structure.

With a PLC, the touchscreen allows for easy adjustment of cut parameters (of the pieces to be cut), and the built-in microprocessor enables storage of up to 20 cutting programs in memory. The machine enclosure is made of stainless steel. The 9-liter air tank is built into the front part of the machine. The double blades are crafted from food-grade stainless steel and are driven by a precise drive system. An automatic cleaning and blade heating system, along with adjustable cutting speed, enable the machine to cut various cakes and pastries up to an effective height of 80 mm.
