Vertical automatic cake and pastry slicer (cutting machine) with rotary table for quickly cutting all kinds of cakes and pastries into square and triangular pieces without compromising their attractive appearance and structure.

With a PLC, the touchscreen allows for easy adjustment of cut parameters (of the pieces to be cut), and the built-in microprocessor enables storage of up to 20 cutting programs in memory. The machine enclosure is made of stainless steel. The 9-liter air tank is built into the front part of the machine. The double blades are crafted from food-grade stainless steel and are driven by a precise drive system. An automatic cleaning and blade heating system, along with adjustable cutting speed, enable the machine to cut various cakes and pastries up to an effective height of 80 mm.

- The twin-blade knife, vibrating in opposite directions, ensures smooth and clean slicing of cakes.

- Non-slip rotary tray (40x60cm) with a rectangular tray can be easily replaced by 2 round trays (each with a diameter of 30 cm).

- Simultaneously cuts two round cakes.

- Lockable casters make it easy to transport the machine to the desired location.

- The induction system heats the blade up to 100°C, ensuring uniform cutting of hard glaze, chocolate, and similar surfaces.

- High cutting accuracy is achieved by two servomotors, ensuring precise blade operation and table rotation.

- Cake pieces are uniform in weight, shape, and volume, eliminating the need for additional checks.

- Lowering and lifting speeds of the knife can be set according to the characteristics of each product – allowing for maximum productivity.

- Electronic air pressure control ensures smooth and precise machine operation.

- A high-quality automatic blade cleaning system ensures a perfect appearance of the cut product and eliminates the need for manual wiping before each cut. The cleaning system includes mechanical removal of product remnants via a return slide (bar) and an airstream into a dedicated collection container.
