The Convotherm C4ET6.10ES combi oven features three main operating modes: hot air, steam, and combi steam. The unit also provides low-temperature and Delta-T settings, making it ideal for extended cooking times for a variety of dishes such as meat, poultry, and fish; these functions enable the operator to cook food overnight. With these settings, dishes retain more moisture and achieve a particularly tender consistency during slow cooking. The Delta-T mode utilizes the core temperature probe to actively monitor the food’s internal temperature and automatically adjusts the heat for even cooking results.

The easyTouch control panel features a 9-inch, full touchscreen display for intuitive operation. The Convotherm C4ET6.10ES’s ring indicator displays the unit’s operational status in three modes: “preheating,” “in operation,” and “finished.” This model is equipped with an on-screen help function, including instructional video content to simplify operation. The control panel surface incorporates permanent antibacterial technology to minimize bacterial transmission. Operators may program up to 399 recipes, each with up to 20 steps, ensuring consistently high product output. The unit features a self-cleaning/washing function with integrated chemical dispensers. Supplied with an additional smoke generator kit and functionality, space-saving sliding door, integrated exhaust hood, and stand.
