CORMAK BS370H

BS370H is a powerful and reliable semi-automatic bandsaw, capable of miter cutting from -45° to +60°, featuring hydraulically controlled vice and saw arm. This essential workshop machine is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles, and solid materials. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings, significantly enhancing blade tracking, lifespan, straightness, cutting accuracy, and quality. The carbide guidance system drastically reduces wear on both the machine and the blade. The machine is fitted with a high-efficiency coolant pump with a closed-loop coolant system.

Power transmission is via a worm gearbox. The saw features a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and a thermal motor protection. The bandsaw is equipped with a DIAL TENSION GAUGE - blade tension sensor and an automatic cut-off switch in the event the blade breaks.

The upper part of the base is designed as a coolant and chip collection tray. A robust cast-iron worktable with a swiveling arm and a separate-mounted control panel is fixed to the base. During cutting, the main cutting movement is made by the advancing blade, while feed is achieved by the saw arm's descent. The arm descent speed (cutting speed) is steplessly adjustable via a hydraulic cylinder.

In semi-automatic mode, pressing START clamps the workpiece hydraulically, lowers the saw arm hydraulically, the end-of-cut sensor signals completion and the saw arm returns hydraulically.
