Cormak S200R Manual Bandsaw designed for industrial applications. This metal-cutting bandsaw offers high cutting accuracy, thanks to a robust cast iron rotary table synchronized with the swiveling arm. This bandsaw is suitable for large industrial plants, capable of operating for up to 16 hours out of 24. It allows miter cutting from -45º left up to 60º right.

Machine Features

The CORMAK S-200 R MANUAL bandsaw, CE-certified, enables perpendicular cuts to the axis of the workpiece or mitre cuts at any angle from -45 to +60 degrees. The material can be fed manually or with any type of feeding device.

During cutting, the arm descends gravitation-ally via oil flow in a dual-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The descent speed is regulated by a valve that controls oil flow between chambers. The operator starts the machine by pressing the start button and sets the cutting speed. After the cut is completed, the machine stops automatically and the operator manually raises the arm to the start position. Material feeding is manual.

The vise is mounted on an adjustable bed and features a quick-clamping system. The blade guides use carbide inserts and rolling bearings. These CARBIDE INSERT GUIDES are key for precision and straightness of the cut. The arm is equipped with an automatic blade tension sensor and is inclined at 25 degrees, which increases blade life. A cleaning brush is mounted at the bottom of the arm for optimal blade performance and cleanliness.

The machine drive transmits via an oil-filled worm gearbox. It is powered by a three-phase dual-winding motor with two cutting speeds.

Motor thermal protection. The machine provides two blade speeds: 35 and 70 m/min. Construction: the arm, vise, and rotary table are all cast iron components.

Closed-loop coolant system. The machine is equipped with a length stop with a ruler for setting the cut length. The machine base is a rigid steel box section housing the coolant reservoir and coolant pump.

Cutting safety is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements. The machine features a limit switch that stops the machine after the cutting process, an emergency stop ("mushroom"), and several micro-switches that shut down the machine if, for example, the belt guard or blade guard is opened.
