A certified control cabinet enables continuous monitoring of correct operation.
The 11 kW / 11,300 m³/h vacuum fan operates on the turbine principle, and the soundproofed fan housing significantly reduces emitted noise during operation.
The entire extraction system features very high airtightness, ensuring optimal air quality inside the facility and preventing heat loss during the heating season.

- Polyester filter traps dust particles up to 5 microns in diameter; for smaller particles, a HEPA filter should be used
- Using this extraction unit in explosive atmospheres is strictly prohibited
- The extraction unit is not suitable for operation with wet material (e.g. wet sawdust)
- Before starting the extraction system, the lower beam must be removed to provide free access to the chip containers
- Warm air return option (reduction/recirculation) available for an additional fee
