Machine Description
1. Work Table

- Sectional table with FOUR independent vacuum zones made from rigid and durable HPL boards.
- Each zone features holes supplied via a tubular system from a vacuum pump.
- Main vacuum table apertures are equipped with blanking plugs, allowing various material formats to be securely fastened on the table.

2. HQD Spindle
- High-quality 9 kW brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, inverter controlled, with overload protection.
- The spindle features an innovative AIR cooling system.

3. Drive System
- Energy-efficient, high-class 1500W Leadshine servo drives with high holding torque (tandem on Y-axis) managed by a digital NK-105 G3 controller, ensuring excellent machining quality and high travel speeds in all axes.
- Brushless servo motors drive the X and Y axes through top-grade planetary gearboxes.
- Z-axis, where precise positioning is critical, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
- The gantry movement along the X and Y axes uses precision HIWIN linear guides and helical gear racks made from hardened and tempered high-quality steel for years of reliable service.
- Centralized, maintenance-free lubrication system for key moving components: carriages and the ball screw, saving time and extending component life.

5. 8-Position Tool Magazine + Tool Measurement Sensor
- Machine equips with an 8-position linear tool changer, ISO30 tool holders, and ER32 collets.
- Included tool holders: ISO30, and collets for tools in the sizes:
