Deskripsi

The CORMAK HBS275 bandsaw for cutting tubes, profiles, and rods is widely used in all locksmith workshops where precision, quality, and cutting speed matter. The model is equipped with a swiveling arm (0-60°); the saw blade guides are based on carbide inserts. The frame construction ensures accurate and quiet operation.

Machine Features:

The horizontal metal bandsaw with a swiveling arm allows cutting perpendicular to the axis of the material and at any angle from 0 to 60°. The material can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the tool feed is automatic. The blade guides are equipped with specialized carbide plates and bearings. This has a significant impact on blade guidance, lifespan, straightness, precision, and cutting quality. Carbide guidance greatly reduces machine and blade wear. The machine is equipped with a high-performance coolant pump with a closed cooling circuit.

The saw arm is made from a single cast iron piece and, together with the 27 mm wide cutting blade used in this bandsaw, fully enables batch cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vise is placed in an adjustable bed and is equipped with a quick-release clamp. The blade guides are fitted with hard metal (carbide) plates and a rolling bearing system. It is these CARBIDE GUIDES that ensure cutting precision and straightness.

The arm features an automatic blade tension sensor and is inclined at 25 degrees, which increases blade longevity. The lower part of the arm is fitted with a cleaning brush for optimal blade cleanliness and function. The machine's drive is transmitted via a worm gear.

A cast iron worktable with a swiveling arm and a control panel on a separate arm is attached to the base. During the cutting process, the main cutting motion is performed by moving the cutting blade, with the arm lowering as the feed. The lowering speed (cutting speed) of the arm is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder.

The feed speed is regulated from the saw’s control panel. Two cutting speeds are available: 37.5 and 75 m/min. When the arm is in the lower position (after cutting the material), the blade drive is automatically switched off. Safety is provided by blade guards and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or upon opening any of the guards. Additionally, the bandsaw will automatically switch off if the blade breaks.
