Proven technology – in operation for decades
With this generation of loaders, material feed is performed by the bar magazine itself. CMSP/CMSPF bar feeders are mounted on rails, allowing them to be easily separated from the machine at any time via a quick-release mechanism.
These magazines do not require bar tubes on the machine and are bolted directly to the lathe. Operation is possible in both automatic and manual mode.
The magazine is rail-mounted, so it can be quickly and effortlessly disconnected from the machine by the operator using the release mechanism. To change bar diameters, only the clamping sleeves in the magazine need to be replaced.
The centering unit automatically adjusts itself to the new diameter. It dampens all types of vibrations during machining (suitable for round, square, and hexagonal material!) and prevents bar deflection in the guide channel. This enables high-speed machining, even with larger diameters.
Quick setup for the next bar diameter and a significant reduction of vibrations, thanks to the proven double centering system, are just two of the many advantages of this system.
