New batch pasteurizers made to measure on request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for the pasteurization of milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, the brewing industry, etc. APPLICATIONS: * Milk processing: Commonly used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and dairy products. * Cheese production: Used before cheese making to ensure safety. * Ice cream manufacturing: Pasteurizes the base mix before it is made into ice cream. ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION: * Cost-effective: Often more affordable than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations. * Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or different products and recipes. * Quality control: Allows for better control over the pasteurization process.

Heating time: Between 30 min and 1 h for series BPT100 to BPT500 with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000, heating with hot water or steam;
Heat-up time: Between 30 min and 1 hour for series BPT100 to BPT500 with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: heating with HOT water or steam;
Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; plate heat exchanger standard at 30 minutes;
Cool-down time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; plate heat exchanger standard at 30 minutes;
Construction: 316L and 304 stainless steel, triple jacket with insulation;
Agitation: Slow stirring with double supports on two different levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream;
Cleaning: Spray ball inside for even cleaning by circulating hot water and chemicals used in the food industry;
Automation: We offer full automation of our batch pasteurizers, covering the entire cycle from heating to cooling. Additional costs apply for automation.
Openings: Two hinged covers for easy cleaning and inspection;
Product outlet: DIN40-DIN50 on semi-cone to ensure full product discharge;
Use: Milk pasteurization/ice cream mix/ice cream fermentation/sauces;
Lead time: 5–8 weeks from order. Delays may occur during COVID-19.
