DECKEL FP1 – completely overhauled (2012) by FPS GmbH (Germany) with Heidenhain digital readout + tool cabinet with tools and indexing head.

Since the overhaul, the machine has seen very little use and is therefore in like-new condition.

Description:
This high-quality DECKEL FP1 milling machine has undergone a complete overhaul, mechanically and electrically updated to the latest state of the art. The machine was fully disassembled, cleaned, all guideways were ground, all mechanical wear parts and electronic components such as controllers, drive motors, measuring scales, and much more were replaced, and restored to as-new condition.

During modernization, a new touch-proof control cabinet and a new motor were also installed.
All axes are equipped with HEIDENHAIN direct measuring systems (positioning accuracy 0.005 mm).

A new CE-compliant control cabinet built to the latest statutory requirements (BGVA 3 / DIN-EN 60204-1 new machine standard) was installed as part of the refurbishment.

Control system, drive package, and drive motors were completely renewed as part of the general overhaul and brought to the latest standard.
