Single-head stone polisher SHAMP-3200, automatic polishing machine, is a professional device designed for polishing, grinding, and brushing stone surfaces, as well as thickness calibration using diamond wagons. The monoblock construction eliminates the need for additional costs such as pouring foundations for the table. Another advantage is the ability to relocate the machine at any time, as well as the ease of installation. This bridge-type single-head stone polisher offers convenient operation and enables fast, effective polishing on most stone surfaces. The carriage is guided by a linear rail submerged in oil, ensuring long service life, high machining accuracy, and an advanced control system.

The machine is equipped with a PLC controller and high-quality components: Xinje touch screen, Zhengtai contactor, Schneider power supply, Omron relay, Omron proximity sensor.

The SHAMP-3200 automatic polisher can process stone with a thickness of 10–120 mm. The grinder head can be fitted with up to 6 polishing wagons. Pneumatic clamping requires air supply at 0.6 m³/min. Z-axis travel is 110 mm. Limit switches are set manually.

The machine features a tilting work table up to 85° (hydraulic lifting), which significantly facilitates stone loading compared to machines of this type. This makes it easy and relatively precise to position the stone correctly for grinding.

The machine is equipped with separate inverters for adjusting feed speed along the X and Y axes. Power is matched accordingly, allowing precise feed speed control, which is especially beneficial in this type of stone processing equipment.
