The Function

The TAM 25/600 separates and cuts ejector pins, ejector sleeves, and punches quickly and precisely. Workpieces with diameters from 0.5 to 25 mm, made of tool steel or carbide, can be processed. Simply insert the workpiece into the quick-clamping prism, set the required finished length, and separate and cut to length in one operation. On request, an additional clamp for extremely thin, short, or stepped pins is available.

After cutting, the work table is locked in the end position, the length is precisely measured, and the piece is ground to the final dimension using the integrated micrometer feed. Wear to the cup wheel is compensated by advancing the grinding spindle. The integrated diamond ensures automatic dressing of the wheel. CBN or diamond wheels are available as optional accessories for the TAM 25/600.
