Description
The self-aligning rollers of the D-TLRS series automatically adjust to various workpiece diameters. All four axles of the drive unit are motorized, ensuring smooth rotation and uniform weight distribution to prevent workpiece deformation. Therefore, this turning device is particularly suitable for workpieces with thin wall thickness.
The D-TLRS tank turning rolls are ideal for delicate components, such as stainless steel tanks, due to their polyurethane rollers. However, they should only be used for components with temperatures not exceeding 90°C. For hotter components, we recommend our D-HGZ series with rubber wheels (similar design to the D-TLRS series).
