Sanding Machine B Sand 5 with Partial Rotator
Mode of Operation:
The panel is placed on the infeed table. It is conveyed into the partial rotator and centered. The panel is sanded in the sanding machine, once in forward and return direction. The panel is then rotated in the partial rotator. The second side of the panel is sanded in the sanding machine. Afterwards, there are two options: either the panel is moved onto the outfeed table and unloaded, or it returns to the infeed table and is unloaded there (the second option increases the processing time).
Sanding Machine Equipment:
- 1 upper sanding flap roller, suitable for surfaces. Power: 3 kW; Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 1300 mm.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- 3 upper sanding discs to perfectly cut longitudinal and transverse wood fibers. Each with 1.5 kW; Diameter: 400 mm.
- Disc brush for chamfering edges. The unit operates as a deep brush. Once the panel edges are detected, it follows the door edges. Power: 0.75 kW; Diameter: 250 mm.
Machine Features:
- The unique sanding system of this machine guarantees perfect wood sanding and/or intermediate panel sanding.
- All tools are controlled via frequency converters.
- All brushes are equipped with quick-change sanding strips without the need to replace the hub.
