Sanding Machine B Sand 5 with Partial Rotator
Mode of Operation:
The panel is placed on the infeed table. It is conveyed into the partial rotator and centered. The panel is sanded in the sanding machine, once in forward and return direction. The panel is then rotated in the partial rotator. The second side of the panel is sanded in the sanding machine. Afterwards, there are two options: either the panel is moved onto the outfeed table and unloaded, or it returns to the infeed table and is unloaded there (the second option increases the processing time).

- 1 upper sanding flap roller, suitable for surfaces. Power: 3 kW; Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 1300 mm.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- 3 upper sanding discs to perfectly cut longitudinal and transverse wood fibers. Each with 1.5 kW; Diameter: 400 mm.
- Disc brush for chamfering edges. The unit operates as a deep brush. Once the panel edges are detected, it follows the door edges. Power: 0.75 kW; Diameter: 250 mm.

- Additional setting for brushes and discs to optimize abrasive usage and adjust sanding pressure on surfaces.
- Robust frame made from steel tubing guarantees excellent rigidity, stability, and flatness.
- Planed top bed ensures optimal parallelism of the working surface for the sanding discs.
- All sanding unit carriages utilize linear recirculating ball guides for high load capacity and precision.
- Motorized feed belt controlled by frequency converter, 0.55 kW.
- Machine doors are equipped with safety interlocks.
- Machine doors with viewing windows allow observation of workpieces during processing.
- Under the sanding units, there are Ø 80 mm rubber-coated pressure rollers to secure workpieces during operation.
- Low operating costs thanks to individual replacement of the flaps.
- Low operating noise due to the closed machine housing.
- All units have extraction housings with corresponding extraction connectors. Cover plate with extraction socket.
