• 6-position hexagonal tool turret with 6 tool stations (Ø 40), without motorized drive, but functioning as a swiveling axis (B-axis), double bearing and with directional logic

Vertical CNC lathes provide a thermally stable design (chips do not fall onto the machine bed), quick workpiece change times (pick-up system via main spindle), and a rigid tool setup that also enables non-standard machining processes.
In this application, hardened gears were hard-turned and ground.
