Multi-axis CNC turning machine for complete machining of turning and milling parts. Features integrated spindle motors (ISM) on both the main and counter spindles with a thermocompensation system (liquid-cooled).

The Y-axis is designed in such a way that the resulting cutting forces are distributed across two axes. This results in extremely high rigidity for all machining operations. All linear axes feature preloaded roller guides, digital drive system, integrated spindle encoder, and state-of-the-art SINUMERIK 840D CNC control, including:

* Hollow clamping cylinder incl. draw tube
* Part ejector and flushing through the counter spindle
* 2x 12-position VDI 30 tool turrets, arranged radially with directional logic, enabling up to 2x 12 driven tool stations
* Swivel speed adjustable via feed rate override switch
