The machine is easy to operate, highly efficient, and, in addition to threshing leaves, partially separates them from the stems and classifies them. It delivers excellent processing results (mint, lemon balm, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary). The machine can be operated in two different modes: as a threshing and crushing machine or as a vibrating separator. This is a major advantage, as it allows two work steps to be covered with one machine.

1. Threshing and Crushing Operation
To operate the REBLER LGU 304, you will need a conveyor belt. The material is fed into the threshing and crushing section via a VARIO 608 conveyor belt, where the leaves are separated from the stems and sorted into five different fractions.

2. Vibrating Separator
Using the machine for separation.
The machine serves as a vibrating separator by simply changing the angle of the conveyor belt and feeding the material into the first opening of the machine. The unit is equipped with four screens and allows for the classification of the processed material. Changing the screens is simple and quick.
