The Ficep Tipo G31 LG can drill, center punch, tap, countersink, mark, mill, oxy-fuel cut, and plasma cut flat steel or sheet metal panels up to a maximum sheet width of 3,100 mm and a sheet length of 14,000 mm, all within a single system.

This CNC-controlled sheet metal processing center is equipped with two 26 kW drilling units. Two tool changers, each with 24 tool stations for ISO 40 tool holders, are provided for automatic tool change. The system supports sheet sizes with a minimum width of 200 mm up to a maximum of 3,100 mm, and a minimum length of 2,500 mm up to a maximum of 14,000 mm.

For plasma cutting, the system features a powerful and modern Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma source. Additionally, an oxy-fuel cutting unit is installed for processing thick materials.

The high-torque drilling unit, featuring spindle speeds up to 6,000 rpm, is designed for drilling with carbide tools such as solid carbide drills, Nenok Multiplex indexable insert tools, as well as HSS coolant-channel drills in diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm.

The Ficep Tipo G31 system is in excellent condition and has only a few operating hours.
