Precise and uniform application with all types of adhesives, excellent technical features, high practical suitability, functionality, and operator safety, place this machine at the top of the 2-roller glue application machines.

The applicator roller is covered with acid-resistant rubber, ground and grooved, and highly durable. Thanks to a rational rubber coating, it allows for 6–7 regrinding cycles. The roller is easy and quick to dismantle.

The machine applies glue precisely and evenly to one or both sides of the panels. Special shock absorbers on the roller supports enable automatic roller opening to accommodate panels of differing thickness within a 5 mm range and compensate for any panel parallelism deviations.

Uniform glue dosing is ensured by a rectified steel distribution tank, designed for rapid removal to facilitate cleaning. Collection trays for glue and wash water are made of galvanized sheet metal and are extendable for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Protective covers made of sheet metal on the rollers and glue distribution tank provide safety: a metal guard prevents the insertion of objects thicker than 5 mm above the set clearance, ensuring maximum operator safety.

Electrical installation is housed in a waterproof enclosure with fuses and thermal protection for the motor and transformer. Control panel features include start button, stop button, and warning light (24 V). Roller rotation is driven by a self-adjusting chain tensioner. The roller washing system uses a perforated pipe for water supply during the cleaning process.
