This machine allows crosswise splicing of veneer sheets coated with adhesive (PVAC or urea).
It is required that the veneer sheets are pre-glued. The machine ensures excellent joints for any veneer type. Bonding is achieved by a system of hydraulic cylinders applying horizontal pressure, which joins the veneer sheets tightly and without gaps along their entire length. The robust and heavy-duty design of the machine guarantees a long service life and reliable operation. The control panel is clearly arranged, making machine operation simple and intuitive. Separate pressure gauges provide direct access to the heating plate pressures, horizontal pressing system, etc., allowing for short changeover times. The upper traverse can be raised for easy and quick access to the heating plates for cleaning and maintenance.
