FJELLMAN 700T

Used composite press, previously operated in Belgium.

The press underwent a comprehensive overhaul in July 2015. The original year of manufacture is 1990, but the modernization was extensive. The machine has seen very little use, primarily operating in a research institute.

Due to the power supply being disconnected, I could not verify the operating hours, but the equipment appears as new, with no signs of wear on working components.

Currently located in Poland, 63-300 Pleszew.

The press was utilized for the development of the famous carbon space frame for the AUDI R8 and was operated in a research and development institute near Brussels. Occasionally, it was also used for commercial production. The press is practically as new. Complete modernization and technical documentation are available.

The equipment was dismantled by myself; the sale price includes complimentary assembly at the customer’s location. I will restore the machine to its pre-dismantling condition.

The buyer is responsible for providing a large forklift (approx. 44T capacity), compressed air, and accommodation for 3 people for 14 days. I offer and cover the cost of a professional assembly team across Europe.

It is very likely the machine will need to be configured for the new owner’s operations. This can be handled, for an extra fee, by the Dutch company responsible for the 2015 comprehensive modernization; the cost will depend on buyer requirements.

Transport costs will be very competitive, as I collaborate with a specialized freight forwarder offering excellent rates. Total weight of the machine: approx. 50T.
