Manual band saw for cuts from 0° to 60° right.
Hydraulic blade tensioning, bow handle with control button.
Combination blade guide with side bearings.
Carbide cutting inserts and an upper bearing.
Manual cutting or also possible unattended cuts using the bow’s own weight, with descent controlled by hydraulic brakes; afterwards, the bow is manually lifted back to the desired position.
Manual vise for fast and precise clamping of the workpiece.
Bow rotation from 0° to 60° right with locking positions, precise angle measurement, manual quick-release clamping lever.
Millimetric graduated scale rod.
Coolant tank integrated at the top of the machine base, with drain nozzle and electric coolant pump for both saw blade guides.
Control voltage 24 VAC, main switch and operator controls.
Maximum current protection and short-circuit protection.
Supply voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard.
Machine color: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7036.
