The new Format4 wide belt sanders from the findustry line are particularly impressive in industrial applications due to their individually configurable assembly of units. Tailored precisely to specific applications and operating environments, the machine can be equipped with two, three, or four processing units. This high degree of customization ensures all requirements regarding surface quality and processing efficiency are met.

Maximum operator comfort for industrial use

The clearly structured touchscreen control is intuitive to operate. All machine functions are clearly and graphically displayed on the digital screen. The clearance height can be adjusted to a tenth of a millimeter directly from the control panel at the push of a button. Automatic thickness measurement simplifies setting the machine to the desired workpiece thickness. The workpiece can be measured without additional measuring devices and the thickness is then transmitted “wirelessly” directly to the machine. The fixed infeed table height of 900 mm allows for easy and fatigue-free operation. A vacuum table, roller table extensions on the infeed and outfeed sides, as well as optional pressure shoes on the sanding units, ensure optimal comfort and ideal processing conditions for workpieces of any format.
