This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder, designed for pallet manufacturing machines but also ideally suited to other applications within the wood industry. The machine is specifically engineered to seamlessly integrate with deck nailing machines and base nailing machines – regardless of brand or output. We have supplied automatic board feeding systems for nailing machines from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome, among others. Thanks to a reliable vacuum system and a maintenance-free, one-piece feeder – based on our own solution developed and patented over 40 years ago – only minimal adjustments are required when changing formats. This results in short setup times and high operational reliability. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart even when the strapping is removed – even if they are not precisely aligned in the package.
