Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood processing equipment. Over the last 15–20 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking throughout the years. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions, as individual units or as part of complete machine lines, according to our customers’ requirements.

This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder, designed for pallet manufacturing machines but also ideally suited to other applications within the wood industry. The machine is specifically engineered to seamlessly integrate with deck nailing machines and base nailing machines – regardless of brand or output.

We have supplied automatic board feeding systems for nailing machines from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome, among others.

Thanks to a reliable vacuum system and a maintenance-free, one-piece feeder – based on our own solution developed and patented over 40 years ago – only minimal adjustments are required when changing formats. This results in short setup times and high operational reliability.

The machine is also equipped with a tiltable bundle lift, which inclines the package by approximately 10 degrees. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart even when the strapping is removed – even if they are not precisely aligned in the package.

Optional equipment available for the system includes:

- Automatic board turner
- Vision/camera system
- Automatic removal of spacers between board layers

The result with these feeder systems is a reliable, flexible and high-quality solution, enabling more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.
