Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in woodworking machinery. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, during which we have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feed, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions – as standalone units or complete production lines, according to customer requirements.

The LNM-355 is a flexible, compact, and highly efficient pneumatic nailing machine for the production of blocks used in pallet manufacturing. The user-friendly control program enables extremely fast changeover times and can store settings for over 100 different block variants. Five pneumatic nailing tools, each equipped with a jumbo nail coil magazine and nail indicator. Blocks with 2–5 individual pieces per block can be produced. Each nail pattern allows the insertion of 1–9 nails. The machine is fitted with a large board cassette magazine. A soundproof and safety enclosure ensures quiet and safe operation. The control is performed via a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff controls. Block positions can be adjusted manually or automatically. A large buffer for finished blocks is included.

The machine can optionally be equipped with an optimized block cutter, automatic block feed, automatic board feed, and automatic block stacking.
