The GENERAC WASH RACK MODULE D 6000 x 5700 cm Wash Bay is a customizable washing system that can be adapted to various customer requirements, including platform layout, maximum load capacity, wall and tank arrangement, and filter system placement. This modular system consists of side walls (customizable in quantity and length, height: 2.6 m) and ramps (quantity and positioning selectable to suit your needs), ensuring flexibility. The platform, consisting of four sections with removable grates for easy cleaning, provides a maximum load capacity of 15 tons. The main filtration system, available with a capacity of 600 or 3000 liters, effectively filters out oil, hydrocarbons, and solids. Side tanks on each side, along with an optional Wash Rack Decanter (1,000 liters capacity, 1,500 x 1,500 x 2,300 mm, dry weight: 400 kg), separate water from the majority of sludge by decantation in cases of high sludge load; dosing pumps for flocculants are available upon request. The diaphragm pump (0.054 kW, 14 L/min) is activated by a water level sensor, while the booster pump (0.37 kW, 5–40 L/min) ensures flexible water delivery.
