This gigantic, industrial cooking kettle with a capacity of 2,000 litres is an advanced processing device designed for large-scale food production facilities. Such a kettle is a key component in large meat processing plants, ready meal factories, fruit and vegetable processing facilities, large central kitchens, airline catering operations, as well as in the production of sauces, soups, and culinary bases.

The tank's construction is based on double heating jacket technology, which prevents direct contact between the raw material and the heating element. This guarantees perfectly uniform temperature distribution over the entire surface of the large tank (Ø1700 mm) and completely eliminates the risk of scorching thick product batches. The most crucial feature of this machine is the automatic hydraulic tilting system for the process chamber. Advanced actuators powered by an external hydraulic pump rotate the kettle smoothly and effortlessly, allowing for the rapid discharge of the cooked product directly into meat trolleys or onto further transport and dosing lines.
