Parts Cleaning System / Spray Cleaning System Type CM13, 2-Tank (Washing + Rinsing) including Air Knife Blow-off

Basket loading and unloading is performed by the operator using a feeder cart positioned in front of the unit (detachable / mobile).

Wash tank: volume: 430 liters, spray pressure: 6.0 bar
Rinse tank: volume: 280 liters, spray pressure: 4.0 bar
Total connected load: approx. 59 kW
Control system: Siemens S7-1200 with KTP700 touch panel

Including the following features:
+ manual intervention – additional manual cleaning with high pressure (up to 60 bar, infinitely adjustable; incl. foot switch / compressed air blow-off gun / LED chamber lighting)
+ automatic water refill on both tanks
+ automatic chemical dosing 1–10% (Dosatron)
+ special spray system (can be optionally activated) for small parts (= E-Spray System)
