Custom-refurbished sorting machine for 100% inspection of bulk parts

We offer a sorting machine equipped with a glass disc, prism disc, or slotted disc for optical inspection and sorting of screws, nuts, cold-formed parts, stamped parts, etc. The machine is perfectly suited for rotational workpieces in small and medium size ranges.

Important:
The machine is currently in an unfinished condition and will undergo a complete overhaul only after an order is placed – precisely tailored to your requirements.

Scope of overhaul (included in the price):
– Complete disassembly of all assemblies
– Blasting & powder coating of all painted machine components
– Replacement of all wear and safety-relevant parts
– Mechanical repair, cleaning, and adjustment
– Inspection or replacement of bearings, drives, and solenoid valves
– Function check of the feeder
– Test run with customer sample parts
– New LED lighting
