- Outfeed of parts via powered roller conveyor with steel rollers
- Roller-guided ejection unit over three levels to inclined removal table
- Maximum part length via automatic outfeed: 3,500 mm (optionally available extension kit for working length up to 4,500 mm)
- Waste removal via ejection unit – maximum length 600 mm
- Waste falls via chute into customer-provided waste container (Note: container not included)
- Off-cut identification at positioning station for manual handling by operator

Software / Data Interface:
- HECHT Software Exenso ESA (version provided after joint pre-acceptance)

Mode of Operation:
- Reinforcement bars are placed by operator onto the loading magazine of the infeed section as specified/displayed.
- Transmission of data via integrated data interface from customer-side window manufacturing software of required PVC cut-to-lengths
- Steel is fed in and transported automatically
- Optimized cutting to the specified lengths
- Transport of steel to retrieval position in the outfeed
- Optional double-cut operation after verification
