2 pressure beams with selectively adjustable pressure system - CSD® system
Continuously adjustable pressure of individual pressure elements for single and multiple feed. Spacing: 32 mm. Workpiece tolerance compensation up to 2 mm by maintenance-free pressure magnets. Working width, as well as the start and end of sanding on the pressure beam, are electronically adjustable.
The pressure elements are activated by electromagnetic lifters capable of continuously varying the force of each sanding pad as the workpiece passes through the machine. This innovative CSD® technology always ensures proportionally equal pressure in relation to pad overlapping on the workpiece. The risk of edge-through sanding is virtually eliminated by this continuous, dynamic control of pressure force.
