The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO press was specifically developed for the setting and testing of molds, dies, and stamps.

The four columns, each with a diameter of 250 mm and made from C45E steel, are manufactured for heavy-duty applications.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at up to 250 bar, ensuring long service life and reliability.

The machine complies with all relevant safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Frame designed to withstand 600 tons of concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.
• Lower table with T-slots.
• Upper table with T-slots.
• Usable table area: 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
• Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, each with 400 tons force.
• Single-stage hydraulic power unit with automatic shut-off of advance speed and independent operation, equipped with a decompression system and proportional pressure pre-fill valves. Digital potentiometers on the upper table for displacement control and an electronic synchronizing system for compensation of off-center or unbalanced loads.
• The press is equipped with a lateral pressure switch for optimal pressure adjustment for each job.
• Glycerin pressure gauge with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Electrical system allowing operation with one or two main cylinder advance speeds.
• The press offers both manual and automatic cycle modes (activated via a test selector switch):
- Manual cycle allows step-by-step execution of all press movements at low speed.
- Automatic cycle allows the press to run a complete production cycle.
• Electrical safety system for upper table fall protection.
• Lower table with hydraulic extraction and mechanical stops.
• The machine is equipped with an operator panel featuring a touchscreen display for input of operating and calibration data.
• 2 safety light curtains (category IV, 1,000 mm) installed at the front and rear.
• Electrical components by Siemens, manufactured to IP55 protection class in accordance with applicable CE regulations and standards.
• Electrical and hydraulic functions are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety block and self-check devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of proper function and safety distance for light curtains.
• Safety is ensured by a laser and area protection system with category IV light curtains.
