The MV-600E/NC Four-Column Hydraulic Press is part of the M/NC series and has been specially designed for higher precision and capacity, manufactured for punching, deep drawing, blanking, and deburring tasks.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Constructed from three electro-welded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed with finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel. This allows programming of power, stroke, and speeds, with a memory capacity of 300 storage slots for different work cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic disconnect of high speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional control valve, and safety valve. A side-mounted pressure switch allows adjustment to the optimal pressure for the specific task.

• Glycerine-filled manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electric control cabinet features a selector switch for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, as well as another selector switch for fast or slow speed operation.
• Equipped with a PLC providing internal support for operations and decompression timing.
• Operation via electric low-voltage two-hand control console.
• Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored, with an additional safety block and self-checking safety devices for operations and safety. Includes inspection and certification of proper functionality and safety distance verification for the light curtains.
• Safety features include Category IV light curtains in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a movable rear guard equipped with a magnetic shutdown detector.
• The machine is equipped with an IXON system for online diagnostics in the event of malfunctions or for reprogramming.
• Ladder with upper platform for maintenance access (scaffold).
