STRUCTURE AND TABLES
Comprises a rigid, electro-welded fixed-bed frame made exclusively of S355JR steel.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
Calculated and designed with finite element software.
Mechanically displaceable T-slotted table, 1200 x 800 mm, with a 1200 mm stroke, fitted with a worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
Central bore in the table of 250 mm diameter, maximum depth of 550 mm.
Effective table lifting capacity for movement: 4 tonnes.
Table displacement speed: 30 mm/sec.
Internal front width: 1250 mm (distance between columns).
Working height: 600 mm.

2 hydraulic cylinders, each with 75 tonnes of force (150 tonnes total), 1200 mm stroke, connected by a plate, with central bore of 250 mm diameter.
Max. useful height from cylinder plate: 1,440 mm.

EXTRACTION CYLINDER
1 central cylinder of 100 tonnes force, 1200 mm stroke.
Adapted for fitting an extraction gripper, piston rod end threaded to M35x1.50, 40 mm length.
Max. useful height of extraction cylinder: 1600 mm (to base of the rod thread).
Min. useful height of extraction cylinder: 400 mm (to base of the rod thread).

HYDRAULIC UNIT
Dual-speed hydraulic unit, 5.5 HP “Siemens Motor”, with automatic cutoff for high speed and independent speeds. Max. pressure 250 bar.
Pressure regulation system via proportional valves.
Air-oil cooler.
Temperature sensor.
Hydraulic unit located on the right side.

Includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 12" HMI touch display (MTP model) with 99 memory slots, allowing control over pre-pressing force, pressing force, fitting, and stroke for the pressing and extraction cylinders, as well as dwell times during processes.
Electric and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices are integrated for control and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for light curtains.
Operation is performed via a low-voltage two-hand safety pushbutton.
All installed electrical components are by Siemens (relays, contactors, main motor, etc.).
Prepared for Industry 4.0.
For safety, category IV photoelectric safety barriers are installed at the front work area, with two fixed side guards and a rear lockable guard with a magnetic disconnect detector.
