The FDV-150E/3.000 double-column hydraulic press belongs to the F Series and is custom-designed for bending operations.

It features an optimized hydraulic system with a working pressure of 295 bar, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
Composed of a rigid, electrically welded fixed-frame structure, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
The frame is stress-relieved and precision-machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy.
Engineered and calculated using finite element analysis software.
Equipped with upper and lower machined tables made of C45E steel, both featuring DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment via four 80 mm diameter cylindrical lateral guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction bimetallic bushes.
Lower table dimensions: 3,100 mm x 600 mm, slotted.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

Two double-acting main cylinders with chrome-plated pistons and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic power unit. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
Glycerine-filled pressure gauge with readout in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a KTP-700 COMFORT 7” touchscreen mounted on the electrical cabinet. Allows for selection of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, as well as programming force, stroke, and dwell time. Stores up to 300 work programs, with full parameter settings per program.
Operation via low-voltage electric foot pedal.
For safety, includes category IV photoelectric barriers on the working front, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear access guard with magnetic disconnect switch.
