DESCRIPTION

The hydraulic four-column press MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and was specially developed for enhanced precision and capacity, particularly in deep drawing operations.

It is equipped with upper and lower tables made of C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots for minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is ensured by maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfect parallel alignment via four chrome-plated, ground cylindrical columns.

The press employs an optimized hydraulic system operating at less than 290 bar to ensure long service life and reliable performance.

All essential safety and health requirements are met in accordance with CE regulations.

CONSTRUCTION AND TABLES
• Three electro-welded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined post-welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• The lower table is fitted with a 50-ton hydraulic cushion (usable area: 950 x 750 mm) and three front supports for handling tooling outside the press.
• Includes a SIEMENS KTP-400 NC for controlling the ram stroke, speed changes, and cushion adjustment.
• Integrated SIEMENS S-7 PLC supporting programming of up to 99 memory settings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Single-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• The entire hydraulic unit is installed on the top of the press.
• Hydraulic group comprises a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.
• Includes:
- Decompression system
- Solenoid pressure valves
- Pre-fill valves
- Communication valve
- Check valve
- Pressure relief valve
- Safety valve (fall-arrest).

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Features a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 safety PLC and KTP-400 4-inch touchscreen on the control panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic/automatic cycles, power, stroke, and dwell time, with memory for up to 99 recipes – each capable of storing all main parameters.
• The electrical control panel is equipped with a selector switch to choose work mode: manual “setup” or automatic cycle “production.”
• Machine operation via low voltage electric foot pedals.
• For safety: Category IV light barriers at the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear safety guard equipped with a magnetic separation detector.
