HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR STRAIGHTENING LARGE ELECTRO-WELDED STRUCTURES AND OXY-FLAME CUT SHEET METAL

The TL-400-6000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and is custom-designed for straightening large electro-welded structures and oxy-flame cut plates.

As with all our T/NC series hydraulic presses, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces, plates, or structures. It allows access to various pressing points without having to move the workpiece thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the bridge.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at a pressure below 319 Bar, thereby ensuring long-lasting durability and high reliability in its operation.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES

- Comprises an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
- The structure is stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
- Longitudinal movement of the bridge is driven by a frequency inverter and toothed belt.
- Lateral movement of the head is motorized and controlled via frequency inverter.

Complies with all essential health and safety requirements as per CE standards.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Equipped with a removable and interchangeable pad to prevent damage to the piston and machined at the end to accommodate tooling.
- Standard anti-rotation device and front graduated scale with limit switches for stroke adjustment.
- Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic deactivation of high speed.
- Includes a cylinder decompression valve.
- Pressure regulator.
- Glycerine manometer with tonnage readout.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

- Also features a selector to choose between rapid approach speed or slow working speed.
- Operated via a pendant control station with emergency stop and low-voltage maneuvering.
